Bergen Maksot Kabyshuly is a graduate of the Alma-Ata State Medical Institute. He started his career in 1971. For 13 years of work in the Ural regional Pharmacy Department, he went from a pharmaceutical inspector to the head of the city pharmacy chain. For 28 years (from 1984 to 2012) he headed the West Kazakhstan Medical College, which under his leadership became the leading medical educational organization of our republic.
M.K. Bergen is an honorary worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the head of the author's team of the State Educational Standard in the specialty "Pharmacy" for medical colleges of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Active public figure, deputy of the Ural City Maslikhat of the III, IV, V convocation, excellent health worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, founder of the Association of Secondary Medical Workers of the West Kazakhstan Region, Chairman of the Board of Directors of secondary educational institutions of the West Kazakhstan Region.
