The graduate must be ready:
- comply with the requirements of infection control and infectious safety of patients and medical personnel; occupational safety and health in the structural units of outpatient clinics;
- to carry out sanitary and educational work at the site, including the promotion of medical knowledge, hygienic education and training of the population in a healthy lifestyle;
- to organize outpatient admission (preparation of the workplace, devices, tools, preparation of individual dental patient cards, forms, prescriptions; to conduct a preliminary collection of anamnesis, preliminary examination of the patient);
- to provide the cabinet with the necessary medicines, sterile instruments, dressings, overalls; accounting for the consumption of medicines, dressings, tools, special accounting forms;
- perform diagnostic, therapeutic, preventive, health-improving, sanitary-hygienic, sanitary-educational measures, in accordance with their professional competence;
- the degree of prevalence and intensity of inflammation of the soft tissues of the tooth and oral mucosa;
- analyze radiographs of teeth and jaws;
- identify patients in need of qualified dental care and refer them to a dentist;

- soldering, alloying, roasting, bleaching, finishing, polishing of parts, prostheses and devices;
- stage-by-stage observation and correction of orthodontic devices and prostheses;
- diagnose dental anomalies and organize the treatment of these patients.
